This gorgeous and unique 4 story house is the perfect place for you to make new memories with family and friends! The house is custom-designed and professionally decorated.
We recently opened more views and from the back of the main porch, you can see Cohutta Mountains and a gorgeous sunset. You'll have long-range mountain views on the house's main and upper levels.
It's an easy drive from Blue Ridge to the house on all paved roads. McCaysville is only 4 miles away (offering Tubing, Toccoa River, grocery store, restaurants, and shops).
When you enter the 2-story-high living room you'll also see a gorgeous kitchen with a huge 10' Island and a uniquely handcrafted 7' by 7' dining table that accommodates up to 14 people. It's the perfect place for that family reunion or just some relaxing weekend with family and friends.
You will find a 20' high stone fireplace with gas logs in the main living area. This level has one master bedroom with a king-sized bed, a fireplace (electric fireplace), lots of glass and access to a covered deck, a private bathroom with a soaking tub, and a jetted shower panel system, to help you relax and unwind. The laundry room & ½ bath are also located on this level. The grill is also found on the main level porch overlooking the Cohuatta Mountains. The sunsets are amazing!
Going to the second level you will find a cozy loft, where you can find a full bed and 2 ensuite bedrooms: One with a king bed (and bathroom with shower/tub combo) and the other with a queen bed (and bathroom with shower). Going up one more level you will find the Tower Room: This is a perfect place to relax and recharge with your favorite person (or just have some “me” time!), appreciating the 270-degree gorgeous views. Or you can just lay down on the queen bed and catch up on your favorite reading.
The Lower level of the house has a custom-built bar, foosball table, Card table, and darts game.
TV with ROKU Tuning. At this level, you will find bunk beds (twin on top and queen on bottom) and a full bathroom. The Lower area could be perfect for those night owls, that enjoy being up until late watching TV or playing games or a place for the kids.
The 6-person hot tub is just outside this level and you will find stone steps leading you down to the fire pit. Perfect for cooler nights in the fall with some marshmallows.
* Open concept great room and kitchen with high ceilings.
* The kitchen features a huge 10' island, and Thermador appliances: a 5-burner gas cooktop, double ovens, dishwasher, microwave, and wine cooler. It comes fully equipped with cookware, dishware, and everything you need for your stay.
* There is both a drip coffee machine and a Keurig coffee machine. Plus a Belgian waffle maker, stick mixer, hand mixer, toaster, and a crockpot.
* The dining table has seating for up to 14.
* The internet speeds accommodate your streaming, Wi-Fi calling/texting internet connectivity, and video conferencing needs.
* 4 fireplaces throughout the house.

We have all paved roads up to the house but we strongly recommend a 4x4 or all-wheel drive in case of snow/ there are steps to access the property/ parking space for 5 cars max (regular size)- parking on the roads is not allowed/ NO RV's allowed / Please do not block the driveway exit.
** We have 2 outdoor surveillance security cameras: one near the garage door at the carport facing the driveway and another at the front porch - active recording devices.
** A Short-term Lease Agreement is to be signed upon renting this property. The requested information needs to be properly filled out for you to have access to the property.
** The house can accommodate up to 12 people (including kids).
** Parties are not allowed/ No pets allowed/No smoking allowed
** Early check-in at the manager's discretion with an extra fee.
*** We redecorated some spaces, so some rooms may look a little different.
If you need extra space there is an adjacent and separate guest cottage next door to the main house. It is a romantic and charming cottage, tastefully decorated, with a king bedroom with a smart TV, a bathroom with shower/tub combo, a full kitchen, and a living room with a stone fireplace with gas logs and a sofa-bed. The cottage is also fully equipped and accommodates up to 3 people.
