Talamone is only 20 minutes away by car, the beautiful beaches of Castiglione della Pescaia and the Parco dell’Uccellina at a variable distance between 35-50 minutes. The small farmhouse, furnished with a warm and comfortable mix of nineteenth-century furniture and modern functionality, with antique terracotta floors and exposed beams, is surrounded by a mixed forest of tall trees and Mediterranean scrub.
INTERNAL ARRANGEMENT: from the front patio, with a splendid view of the Maremma towards the sea, you can access both the entrance and the living room, the main room with living / dining / kitchen functions.
