Our house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. It is very close to Texas Woman's University, and only a short drive from downtown, Loop 288, and the University of North Texas.
We have another place nearby, and rent our entire house when we are away. That is most week days and most of the summer.
Though we list our place as having 4 bedrooms, and officially that is all we have, we do have what we use as an office right by the front entrance, which is tucked away from the living room and the downstairs bedroom. With a divider, this can essentially serve as a 5th bedroom (without a closet space). It contains a queen size futon with a thick futon mattress.
We do not offer luxury accommodations. Ours is a modest middle class home that is cozy, comfortable, and clean.
Our backyard looks out to a serene city park, which makes our place ideal for travelers with kids, those who love jogging, playing basketball and tennis. We do not allow parties in our home because this is a quiet residential neighborhood and because we have lovely neighbors who like the quiet we have here.
We do not have a TV in our home. Our kids keep us busy and entertained enough! We do have wireless internet!
