Positive: The location was great 20 min walk to the rotorua central which was a bonus the main street is beautiful. The unit itself was amazing and a lot better than what I had expected from seeing the photos would stay here again.

Negative: Only down fall would have been the natural smell of rotorua other than that it was amazing

Summary: I would stay here again
