Rent or bring your boat, jet ski, and fishing gear, or simply just yourselves to unwind and enjoy watching the sunset while sipping your favorite drink, swimming in one of the many pools, barbecuing in the back, or whatever floats your boat. Enjoy the lake and country club lifestyle with golf, tennis, and pickleball all within a short walk.
The space
This condo has been lovingly renovated into a modern and cozy boho oasis with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. We allow guests up to 6 people and can comfortably sleep 6.
The living room has its own new Roku smart TV and Bluetooth sound system with access to apps like Netflix, Prime Video, Hulu, & Disney+. Internet access throughout the home is also included.
The living room has an assortment of board games, cards, and Scrabble for more relaxed evenings.

NOTE: The condo sits 100 feet from Lake Conroe and the community boat ramp is only 5 minutes down the road.

Guests will have access to the house and property except for a closet for the owner's/house cleaner's use. There is plenty of parking around the unit for guests to use.
