The location is GREAT!!!!!! Located less than 10 min from the buzz of the Las Vegas strip, McCarren Airport and the future home of the Las Vegas Raiders!
From the crystal-clear pool and spa to the incredible 3,400 sq ft home this is your vacation destination.
The house boasts 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths upstairs and ½ bath downstairs.
A spacious kitchen is complete with appliances and cookware, 2 separate living areas, and a game room with poker table, bumper pool and foosball. There’s even a casino video poker machine! (not for money just for fun 😊) The enormous living room is equipped with a 72” smart TV and seating for 10 plus. Super-fast Wi-Fi for the TV's and your enjoyment. There is plenty of room to spread out in the large upper loft, with seating for 5 and a 60” TV
With 1 king, 3 queen ,we can easily accommodate 8 for sleeping. All of the bedrooms also include smart TVs ranging in size from 42” (queen) to 60” (king)
Swimming in our resort style pool. or sitting on the Baja shelf with a cold beverage is the ultimate fun in the sun. The spa is heated to an enjoyable 102 from 6 to 10 nightly *POOL IS NOT HEATED*Please inquire for additional charge for pool to be heated.(Out of respect for our neighbors the spa will shut off at 10 pm. ) Sit back and enjoy our incredible patio, equipped with a 5-burner grill and table seating for 6. Relax on the patio sofa or the 2 gliding swivel chairs and enjoy the mesmerizing pool lights.
A washer and dryer are on site for guests to use.
We are located at the end of a cul-de-sac in a quiet neighborhood with great neighbors. Plenty of shopping and restaurants are within walking distance. Uber/Lyft is available 24/7 with very reasonable rates to all of the Las Vegas action.
We invite you to enjoy our fabulous home, we also request you treat our home and our neighbors with respect. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY NOT A PARTY HOUSE*! Quiet time is from 10 pm to 8 am. Loud music and or large parties or gatherings of any kind are not allowed. Any violation of this will be cause for immediate eviction and or lose of damage deposit. Pets are not allowed and all deposits will be lost if violated.
Side yard RV parking is available upon request only.
