Villa Borromeo is located 150m from a beautiful medieval village, part of a castle, and enjoys a panorama of the famous Chianti hills. Decorated with antique furniture, the house gives a feeling of comfort and warmth, in its traditional Tuscan style with wooden beams and large, bright spaces. From here, the main attractions of Tuscany can be reached easily, such as Florence, Chianti, Siena, Pisa, Lucca and many others.
The villa develops over three floors.
On the ground floor we have an independent apartment with a very large living area and dining room, two single sofa beds, kitchenette, one double bedroom and one bathroom with shower.
On the first floor, there is a living room with fireplace and double sofa bed, a sitting room, a large kitchen with dishwasher, a dining room and a large terrace, perfect for al-fresco dining. There is also a guest bathroom and another bathroom with shower and washing machine.
A staircase takes us up to the second floor where we have a sitting room, two double bedrooms one twin bedroom and two bathrooms with bathtub.
Villa Borromeo gives the possibility of enjoying the entire park of the estate it's located on, a gym and a private swimming pool (5x10m; 1.8m deep).
Please note that the motorway is located 500m (as the crow flies) from the villa and noise may be heard.
