The villa is located 5 minutes drive from the town of Nardo, close to supermarkets, bars, pharmacies and all services and 10 minutes drive from the marinas. It is totally fenced, surrounded by olive groves and agricultural fields, so in a very quiet area, which is rare in the months of July and August in Salento. The rooms are well furnished, double with possibility of an extra bed; the floors are in cement handmade Salento. There are other outdoor living areas exposed in stone and solid, also furnished with garden furniture. It is possible to cook and dine outside, are at your disposal barbecues, refrigerators and freezer. The area is very ventilated even in summer, especially at night when the temperature changes.
