You can all hang out while cooking, eating or watching tv. There is a comfy sectional couch with large smart tv and sleek glass fireplace, Enjoy a game of foosball! Spacious walkout deck with plenty of seating and gas bbq. Amazing Mountainviews! There is also 3 bedrooms (1 queen bed and 2 double beds) and 1 full bathroom located on this floor.
The second common area has a wet bar with additional fridge and a wood burning fireplace. Cozy seating area (sofa bed) with 65" smart tv.
