Fun, friendly family Bay front home. 3 bedroom 1.5 bath, waterfront bay home close to Palacios, TX on Turtle Bay, a small nursery bay which opens up into West Matagorda Bay. The home sleeps 8. Other amenities include 300 foot private pier including fishing light, and cleaning table. The pier transverses a small local reef we call Czech Point Reef which will increase your odds of successful fishing. The home has 2 upstairs bedrooms, living room, large functional kitchen and a downstairs bunk room which sleeps 4. There is also an outdoor shower. Satellite TV and stereo. Weber BBQ Pit is included for outdoor grilling. 2 refrigerators, one upstairs in the kitchen and one downstairs in the utility room. Washer & dryers are also available to renters. Beautiful spacious upstairs deck for afternoon cocktails or morning coffee to watch the amazing sunrises. Downstairs has a fantastic covered porch with plenty of room for enjoying the cool prevailing Southeast sea breeze. Plenty of room for games such as Horseshoes or washers. Mosquito's can be bad so please bring bug repellent although there are few citronella candles around for your use. The boat lift is not for rental use!
