The Townhouse is located in a complex with 23 other units near the intersection of San Vicente Blvd. and Santa Monica Blvd. One block south of the famed Sunset Strip. This is a two story townhouse with the Kitchen, Dining Room, Living room and a half bath located on the first floor. There is also a private, enclosed patio accessed through a sliding glass door.
The second floor consists of the Master Bedroom (with a King sized bed), attached Master Bath with Jaccuzzi Tub, guest bedroom (with a Queen sized bed) and attached guest bathroom. Washer and dryer are also located on the second floor.
The unit is in a security gated building and has secured subterranean parking for two vehicles and is steps away from the large heated pool.

Summary: My wife, my 17 year-old son and I recently returned from a 2-week stay at this lovely home-from- home in West Hollywood. This was truly easy living with a well-equipped kitchen and sizeable and comfortable downstairs living area giving onto a small, private outside terrace. Upstairs were two large and well-appointed double bedrooms, each with ensuite bathrooms. There is a further cloakroom downstairs. The décor in all rooms was light, clean, fresh and up-to-date. The townhouse is in a complex of 23 other similar properties and has a pretty inner courtyard with outdoor swimming pool. An oasis of peace amongst the noise and bustle of LA! Everything is well designed and visually attractive. The property also comes with a designated parking space in the underground garage (electric door entry and exit), a godsend in this very busy part of LA with limited street parking. The location was perfect for us, between Santa Monica and Sunset Boulevards, each being a 5 minute walk away, and 8 miles (30-40 mins drive) from Santa Monica on the coast. All the other attractions of LA are within easy reach (Hollywood 15 mins drive, Beverly Hills/Rodeo Drive/Bel Air 10 mins, Downtown 30 mins etc). All in all we had a fantastic stay and I would highly recommend this property. It was made all the more enjoyable by the easy booking arrangements through owner, Al, and the on-site support from Property Manager, Tim, who was readily available and helpful (and a pleasure to chat with) during our stay.
