Beautiful and cozy 1918 farmhouse with pool (Open Mid June-Mid October - unheated - we have a solar cover). Sit on our lounge set overlooking fruit trees and farmland. Grill on the deck and enjoy the firefly light show in the back fields. Open a bottle of wine and start one of our many puzzles or games. Make yourself at home!
2 hrs from NYC. 2.5 hrs from Berkshires, 3 hrs from Philadelphia. Close to Callicoon, Narrowsburg and Livingston Manor!
Our Western Catskills property and thoughtfully decorated home are here for you to unwind, relax and get cozy. With a curated mix of vintage pieces alongside modern touches and conveniences, you will feel comfortable and relaxed during your stay at the farmhouse.
The farmhouse is perfect for up to 6 people— just keep in mind that there's only one full bathroom (and one half)!
You will have access to our beautiful pool and outdoor lounge, a fully equipped kitchen, wood-burning stove, a streaming-ready TV (sorry no cable), books and board games, grill and outdoor dining area, and fast internet service. You have your own office with large desk for your zoom calls so you can get work done in peace and then back to enjoying nature.
We've recently put in ductless AC/Heat units for warm nights and cool days.
