Our home is Unit 301 (corner unit) in the Bella Grace Building.
The unit has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, a large fully stocked kitchen, a comfortable living room, laundry room and outdoor patio.
The Master Bedroom is large with a king- size bed, smart tv and master bathroom attached. Also in the master is a small desk (perfect for those of us who work remotely or like to get some work done- even in vacation).The Twin Bedroom has 2 twin-size beds, as well as 2 twin size trundle beds which can be pulled out and moved to another room. The Queen Bedroom has a Queen-sized bed and a smart tv as well. All three bedrooms have large closets, and double windows that allow in natural light.
Linens including bedding, bathroom and beach towels as well as table linens are all included as well. If you enjoy sleeping in while on vacation, you'll appreciate the window blinds and room darkening curtains since Wildwood Crest summer mornings come very early- and very brightly!
Off the Hallway are also the Laundry Room, which includes full-size washer and dryer (laundry soap included) and another Full Bathroom. Both bathrooms are equipped with hair dryers and there is a complete first-aid kit in the master.
At the end of the hallway - the sizeable kitchen, dining area and living room have an open concept layout. The kitchen is fully stocked with large and small appliances, dinnerware, glassware, flatware, bakeware and everything you need to cook as much (or as little) as you want! The kitchen counter seats 3 - while the kitchen table seats 8 comfortably. You can also chose to have your meals outdoors on the patio, where there is seating for 6.
Paper products such as towels, napkins and toilet paper are also included as well as cleaning supplies.
The living room has a full-size sofa that opens to a sofa bed, and a love seat. The 43” HD TV is equipped with cable.
Access to 2 garage parking spaces and the heated pool are included in the rental- as is access to the storage unit that includes beach chairs, beach umbrellas, boogie boards and other beach toys for your convenience. please note that the pool is open from Memorial Say to Labor Day.
The condo is located within 1 block of the beach, and one block to the boardwalk. It is also located next to two of the best restaurants in the Crest - Little Italy & Banderas. Also within walking distance are many other fantastic restaurants, convenience stores 2 parks (including a basketball court and a baseball field) and a bike rental shop!
