You will have access to the Village Club amenities at no additional charge, a private amenities area in the community. Hatley Pointe ski resort is due to open in 2024, a modern renovated ski resort for winter activities. This home is located on one of the highest elevation ridgelines in the Wolf Laurel Resort community, at 5,000 feet elevation, for a true mountain experience. The beauty of the surrounding mountains and the serenity of the area may have you hanging out at the cabin, but the city of Asheville is just 30 minutes down the road, where you can enjoy world class restaurants, quaint local shopping, and lots of music! Visit downtown Asheville, but don't miss West Asheville, Weaverville, and Mars Hill (closest town for groceries and restaurants and a University town). You will love the laid back attitude of the area, the friendly people, and the farm fresh food. Once you visit, you may not want to leave. If you love the outdoors, hiking, kayaking, festivals, and music, then these activities are available almost every weekend all year long. You are welcome to use all amenities at the within the Village Club area, and you will be provided a guest pass. Village club activities are seasonal. Village Club ammenities include access to the pool, tennis courts, yoga, exercise classes, Tai Chi, water fitness, pot luck socials and more. A list of activities will be included with your arrival information. In the summer, there is horseback riding and kids camps, and in the winter, Hatley Pointe Ski Resort Slopes are right on the mountain just a mile or so away. Pets are considered with a pet fee.
