Due to this being in a residential area, there is to be a strictly no parties. We request that after 10pm all activity is moved inside as the noise carries and impacts the lives of the neighbours.
This property does not accept bookings for Schoolies, Sporting Teams, Hens parties, Bucks parties or any other party bookings. If a booking is accepted by a third-party booking portal and then found by the managing agent to be one of the above, the booking will be cancelled and there will be no refund payable.
If a booking includes minors (under the age of 18), they must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 25 and identification will be required to collect keys to the property.
A Security Deposit of $500 will be required prior to arrival. Guest will need to provide a valid Credit Card for this amount to be held until a vacate inspection is carried out and nil damage or loss is reported.
