Summary: TLDR: Would definitely stay here again. Clean/Comfy. Wanted for nothing. Met all our needs. Close walk to Stadium/eats/etc.4 Adults visiting Nashville to attend a concert at Nissan Stadium. The location was very easy to find, and was an easy, straight-shot walk to the stadium. Uber was quick. Parking for 2 inside the fence was really appreciated, and the yard was large enough to gather as a group had we wanted. We also utilized the extra parking space outside of the fence which was also appreciated. Great for those not travelling together. The home itself was very clean and comfortable, with plenty of room to spread out if need be. Furnishings were also clean and comfortable. Big bonus during extreme heat was that the a/c kept up. Even upstairs, the window units ran hard, but did keep things cool. Though it did not apply to our stay, one thing I might mention just as an FYI to those with younger children, is that the stairs to the 2nd floor are a bit steep. There is a door to seal off access to those stairs though. That said, the upstairs space is great! I imagine tweens and teens would love it! We didn't cook, but it appeared the kitchen was appointed well enough to do so. (Oh! The microwave is tucked in a lower cabinet, out of sight.) Communication with AnnNell was seamless.
