Positive: We met the owner in Onrus, 10 min before Hermanus, to collect the keys on our way from Cape Town. She gave us tips on shops and restaurants in the area. The place was beautiful and cosy. It had everything we needed. Very clean. It is directly opposite the sea, so we went for a walk every morning. It is the perfect distance from the Waterfront - close enough to walk but far enough not to be disturbed.

Negative: I would have appreciated more coffee pods. I regretted not bringing more myself. I would also have appreciated more wood or a bigger bag of wood as the one bag provided was not enough for the hot tub or for a braai. We needed to buy more either way.

Summary: Wonderful couple's getaway in a modern cosy garden apartment with all necessary amenities.
