After walking down the stairs, you’ll be welcomed into a deck space perfect for relaxing or grilling. while taking in the view. There is tons of space for entertaining with pub seating, table and chairs, and lounging area!! Beyond the deck, the shaded yard provides green space for the kiddos to play frisbee swing or for all to gather around the fire pit and roast marshmallows. Heading to the dock you’ll find 2 piers with two boat slips inviting you to take a few steps down and get right in the water.
