About this space
Guest must enter property through rear Alley Way. Address is labeled on rear gate. Guest must use shared driveway and shared brick patio platform......then separate house entrances to enter the property. Guest for Unit 2....this unit. Must climb wooden stairs (in pics) up to wooden deck (in pics) and use door coded key box. 1 vehicle only. Parking is 2 shared stacked parking spots (see pic). 1 parking spot for each unit.Soft sound is chimed if your car is blocked. Then car owner will move car.

This advertised bedroom is a small private bedroom with a private bathroom.
Please understand this advertised bedroom shares a boundary wall with house kitchen (not Shared) and maybe noisy at different times...please understand this is a small row house. Bed is a full size mattress
Parking is 2 shared stacked parking spots (see pic). 1 parking spot for each unit. Street parking on 7thST Farragut ST and Emerson ST for 2nd option.

Please do not go to unit 1 on lower level . This access is for unit 2 on upper level.

Summary: I originally booked another space on this property and was not informed until the day of that it was already booked and I needed to rebook their other room. The shower was also ice cold no matter what I did. Otherwise it was clean, a good crashed for a single person. Mini fridge and coffee maker were nice but there was no cups or plates. Clothes washer but no cleaning liquid. Lots of towels and bedding. Good storage for clothes. Easy TV access. It just felt a little too bare bones even for a crash pad type of place.
