Outdoor deck with grill and hot tub. Encrusted SONOS sound system throughout the property. Spacious patio for entertaining. Sunset Strip is about 5 minutes away, in addition to the many restaurants and attractions in the area.
The Space:
The bed configuration is as follows:
1st Master bedroom: King size bed with en-suite bathroom.
2nd bedrooms: King size bed with en-suite bathroom.
3rd bedrooms: King bed/ shared bathroom
The two extra guests can sleep on the sofas in Living Area 1+2. We will provide bedding. PLEASE NOTE that these are regular sofas and no sleeper sofa.
The property has two spacious living areas, a fully equipped kitchen and two outdoor decks, one of which has a barbecue and a hot tub. There is also a washer and dryer in the garage that can be used.
Guest Access:
The Guest will have access to the entire house.
The Neighborhood:
The property is located in a very quiet and residential neighborhood minutes away from Sunset Blvd. There is plenty of street parking available in front of the house and you will barely hear any cars around that area.
Getting Around:
We recommend renting a car as the house is very high up in the hills. However, it is easy to get an Uber from the location. The nearest grocery store is 10 minutes away by car.

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY (8 PPL) MUST BE RESPECTED AT ALL TIMES
ANY PARTIES WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE EVICTION
It's is of utmost importance to note that all noise and music must remain indoors and at a reasonable level by 9-10pm. The neighbors are extremely sensitive, so it's crucial that all activities and noise levels are respectful at all times. We can't have complaints of obtrusive music, guests entertaining, or people hanging out by the Patio being loud. It's important to be mindful of this before booking. Any gatherings of more than 8 people are not allowed on the property unless discussed and cleared with the host before check in.
We may require a security deposit for some bookings.

Pets allowed on a case by case basis- please clear with host before check in- $90/per day per pet
Smoking prohibited indoors (outdoors ok) - $250 fine
$35 charge per towel for any stained/ruined towel

$200 charge if the house is left excessively messy and requires additional cleaning
Guests must be transparent and truthful about the questions asked by the house at booking. Any incorrect information provided may result in immediate eviction without refund.
Non compliance with the rules cited above or complaints from neighbors will result in immediate eviction.
Upon check in, please report any damages to avoid being charged. We understand that sometimes accidents happen! Should you break anything please let us know immediately - if it's minor we usually won't charge. If it's a larger issue, we would like to agree on the cost with you before you leave to avoid any issues later. Thank you!
