Get ready for your best beach vacation yet in this bright 4 bed/3 bath home! Our home is located in Montego Bay and was updated in 2022. It features vaulted ceilings, a gas fireplace, and a sunroom lounge with a nugget ice maker (the "good ice") and commercial juicer to enjoy those orange crushes all vacation long!
The beach is less than a mile away and there are numerous restaurants, bars, and shops within walking distance. Don't forget to check out the two community pools, tennis courts, mini golf, or check out the playground and amenities at the nearby Northside Park.

SUN ROOM
Enter the home through the sunroom, featuring a lounge area and the fully equipped (but not stocked, sorry) bar, games, and puzzles for that rainy day.
GREAT ROOM
Relax on the sectional couch or an arm chair while enjoying the 70" smart TV or gas fireplace. The dining area has a square high-top table with ample room for 8 guests.
KITCHEN
Large, fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, electric range and a full coffee station including a drip coffee maker, burr grinder, french press, and Chemex pour over system.
PRIMARY BEDROOM
The primary bedroom has a king size platform bed with a DreamCloud mattress. The room has a 43" TV, wireless charging stations on each nightstand, and an en suite bathroom with a shower.
2ND BEDROOM
The second bedroom has a queen size bed, a 55" TV, desk with task chair, and an en suite bathroom with a whirlpool tub.
3RD and 4TH BEDROOMS
The third bedroom has a queen size and the fourth bedroom has two twin beds. Both have easy access to the hall bath with a whirlpool tub.
OUTDOOR SPACE
The home has a patio with seating, a gas grill, cornhole boards, beach chairs, and a beach cart that can be used during your stay. Enjoy the outdoor shower after a long day at the beach.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
The house has free, fast WiFi and allows guests to access the shared amenities at Montego Bay including the two pools, tennis courts, fishing pier and mini golf. The house has a full size washer and dryer. There is parking for two cars in the driveway with additional street parking available as-needed.
This is a friendly community with a large number of full-time residents. Parties and excess noise will not be tolerated. Additionally the town of Ocean City has a strict noise ordinance between midnight and 7AM. To ensure we're good neighbors the house is equipped with a decibel meter and an outdoor camera. We require a copy of photo ID for the person responsible for the booking. The person making the booking must also be present for the stay.
