Plus, our cottage is conveniently located just minutes from Woodstock, Phoenicia, Margaretville, and Hunter Mountain, making it the perfect home base for exploring all that the area has to offer.

We welcome you to our humble abode that is a 100-year old cottage in a lovely little hamlet. We have put in a lot of work to renovate and add comforts and amenities that you would enjoy. The open floor plan between the kitchen and living room, lets any chef enjoy the warmth from the wood stove and conversation from the living room. The layout of our cottage is such that there is 1 bedroom downstairs and the primary and third bedroom upstairs. With two bathrooms and washer and dryer, it's truly home away from home. The parking is on-site and can accommodate up to 3 vehicles. Just across the house is a creek with public access. The primary bedroom boasts a dedicated workspace area. The outdoor patio is adjacent to the home with plenty of seating and firewood for fire pit provided. Pine Hill is a very safe neighborhood and we have excellent neighbors who are warm and inviting. This welcoming cottage is conveniently located minutes from Woodstock, Phoenicia, Margaretville, and Hunter Mountain as well as close to famous wedding venues (Full moon resort, Spillian, Onteora mountain house).
