-Strong xfinity WiFi throughout, and all smart TVs connected to it so you can connect to a streaming service of your choice ex. Netflix, Hulu, YouTube etc. Must log in to your account.
-House has whole house water filter that is changed often for nice clean water! Can get filtered water and ice from fridge that also has its own filter, or the filtered water from
the kitchen sink

-SAUNA In basement!
-Dorm style mini fridge in basement with small top freezer for convenience!
-Central air (ac and heat) throughout upstairs and finished basement!

-1 bedroom the smallest of the 5 has a trundle bunk bed set which has 3 beds a full over full and a twin the comes out of the bottom and a dresser Perfect for children!
-ALL bedrooms have 70 inch smart TVs
-2 living rooms 1 of which is in finished basement, have nice couch sets each WITH QUUEN SIZE PULLOUT BEDS that are included in the 9 bed description that can be utilized! Also both living rooms have 70 inch smart TVs!
-Bathrooms are both full baths with stand up tiled showers with sliding glass doors . No tub.
-Laundry room in basement has full sized LG washer and dryer, and extra space with shelving conveniently for folding laundry and storage
-Kitchen has all LG appliances including dishwasher, over range microwave, and beautiful cabinets. Which will be fully stocked with cookware, eating/drinking utensils, coffee maker, air fryer, toaster, blender etc.
Group Fun/activities
-Inside enjoy any of the many board games/cards that are there for kids, families, and or adults!
-Games- uno,decks of cards, scrabble, monopoly, Yahtzee, trouble,tic tac toe, connect four, dominos, and sorry!
*Please take care of them clean up/put back when finished, and have fun!
-Or outside located in small deck box beside the hoop you can enjoy throwing the football around or using the basketball and hoop! *Please take care of them and put them back when finished. And of course have fun!!
-Or enjoy one of the many family/friend outdoor games available to play in yard or on driveway! Including corn hole, giant yard pong, ladder toss, kan jam disc toss, and giant golf darts!
-Outdoor games will be in outdoor large deck box located at top of driveway

-Another large deck box outside for outdoor furniture storage. Cushions, umbrella etc.
- On the deck on the side of the house there is a huge 7 person 100 jet hot tub with LED waterfall and Bluetooth stereo system for you to enjoy! A 6 person outdoor dining table with huge umbrella. And extra seating for your convenience and comfort. You can enjoy the outdoor TV from anywhere on the deck!
-A huge 20x20 patio with wood fire pit that comes off of side deck into the back yard with 8 Adirondack chairs with cup holders. Enjoy smores with family and friends, or just sit by the fire and relax! Also has a 2 grills off the side of it for any cooking needs, and a 2 person hammock for relaxing. You can enjoy the outdoor TV from anywhere on the patio!
-Propane tanks provided guests must fill if empty, host not responsible. There may be some left from the previous guest.
-Firewood not provided by host. There may be some left from the previous guest.
-All nice outdoor furniture all over with plenty of seating for guests to enjoy the outdoors, 2 grills one being a flat top , an outdoor dining set, and a hammock to relax.
-A huge paved driveway with a basketball hoop, plenty of parking for guests, and a dumpster with plenty of space for all trash if needed.
-ALSO there are 2 MORE 70 inch smart TVs outside in storm shells one located on the side of the house to enjoy from the side deck from the hot tub!, and one on the back of the house to enjoy from the patio with fire pit!
-propane fire pit that goes with the outdoor patio set on front deck.
-Total of 9 70inch smart TVs throughout the property!
- please put storm shell covers back on the TVs outside after every use Prevent damage from any weather that may occur.
