Fully renovated in 2022. Walk into a large open concept kitchen with massive Island and double oven stove with 6 burners and a griddle. Large dining table with 8 chairs and more can be added. Open to Family room with couch and 2 swivel rocking chairs with oversized ottamans and large television above the fireplace. Primary bedroom has king size bed with bathroom and french doors open to the deck with gorgeous view. Bedroom 2 has Queen bed and Double bed. Bedroom 3 has Queen bed. All bedrooms have televisions. Guest bathroom with laundry. Basement with high ceilings has 3 twin beds and a sitting area with tv with wii gaming system and ping pong and foos ball. Head out to the boathouse and have fun on the 2 Kayaks and paddlebaord. There is a dock for your boat. Easy access to Vineyard sound. Outside the deck has a large L-shaped sectional and 2 oversized sitting chairs. Watch the boats go by and enjoy the sunsets each night. The grass yard offers 8 Adirondack chairs with a fire pit and hot tub. Cape Cod beach community of Seacoast Shores. Take a 2-minute walk to the private beach where you can swim and sunbath and watch the boats go by.
