Located just behind a sand dune, this coastal property is less than a 1minute stroll to the white sands of Peregian Beach. This sought after location is only for the very fussy guest that appreciated sea-side location that guests describe as relaxing, comfortable and affordable.
** The property is NOT suited for wheelchairs and has NO wheelchair access to the home or bathrooms.
No high rises, no night clubs, no noise or trouble. It’s a family friendly relaxing location enriched in the natural environment of coastline and native bush-landscape. A secluded and exclusive part of the Sunshine Coast that everyone will enjoy.
The home is beautifully designed, fresh, new, clean and open with top notch furnishings and linens. One of the very few properties this close to the beach with a pool and lots of space and gardens to enjoy.

- Peregian Beach Village Square is 1.0km away (walk on the sand, drive, run or ride). Yes you can access the village square shops from the beach. This is my favourite aspect.
- Beach Access is 30m from front door.
- Sleeps 8 guests. (Master Bedroom =KING, x2 QUEEN bedrooms, x1 QUEEN Sofa Lounge Bed).
- 3 Bathrooms (Double bathroom for King room, Double bathroom for Queen rooms and a third toilet and basin in laundry).
- Full Linen Service.
- Air-conditioning in Master Bedroom.
- No working airconditioner in the Living room.
- x8 Aerospace technology ceiling fans through out home and all bedrooms and living areas.
-The home is VERY cool as per architect design. This was a requirement of the build and the architect did an excellent job of capturing the sea breezes and allowing the home to stay 10 degrees cooler on the inside!
