Summary: Antonia and her son are lovely and check-in was very smooth. Prior to our stay Antonia answered all my questions. Staying with my eighty-year-old father and 17-year-old son, we each had our own bedroom and there were two well laid out bathrooms for us to use, which suited us perfectly. Well stocked kitchen for our needs although we tended to eat out. The apartment is super clean and beautiful with a lovely veranda with partial sea views. The area is quiet with some great restaurants, a couple of well stocked shops and a nice little beach, although there is quite a bit of seaweed (which can cause local issues with algae) and you may want to venture out in your car, which we did and had a great time. Recommend Alcúdia Old town and beaches to the north and the coast on the south east - all 30 minutes away by car. The only thing I would warn is that the bedrooms are not air-conditioned (living room is) and we were staying there during a bit of a heat wave. There are fans in the bedrooms, but some air conditioning or more powerful fans would make it more comfortable at night in August. A lovely large apartment nevertheless!
