Our unit is immediately adjacent to the Ballina golf club,when you walk out the front door you are on the practice fairway. The club house is 200m away. North creek 500m away and the ocean about 1km. The golf club welcomes visitors and has catering and bar facilities. Fishing and surfing are not far away. Central Ballina is about 4km. The complex includes pool, , Local shops are a 5 minute walk. 10 min drive to airport.
The unit is part of a complex of 24 units which are arranged inroughly in a circle with a grassed central courtyard and a lovely pool at one end.
We accuired the unit because we live in Perth and we have a daughter and grand children in Ballina;we can stay as often and as long as we like.
We love the place and if your staying there we ask you to respect the place and the fact that there are mainly permanent residents in the rest of the complex.
