MURRAY COTTAGE is a beautifully renovated 3 Bedroom house in the middle of Ballina township , it is fully accessible and pet friendly and only 4 blocks from the main street , 500 meters from the river and beach , ( which is pet friendly ) and 2 kilometres from the surf beaches , which are some of the best in Australia.
The house is fully self contained with all quality cutlery , crockery , linen & towels etc. supplied. NOTE - please supply your own beach towels.
Murray Cottage is fully accessible with wide ramp access both front and back , 920mm wide doorways , extra large Main Bedroom and a fully accessible ensuite ,no hops , screens etc and lots of room for monuverability.
We are pet friendly - Owners Please Note - we only accept one small to medium dog , it must be quiet , well behaved , and not left unattended , yappie, barking dogs will not be tolerated , If you have a second dog please consult us prior to booking.
Ballina is a beautiful town with all the ammenities i.e. Shopping , Cafes , restaurants ,
Clubs & Hotels . We have 35 kilometres of walking/cycle paths around the town and river , lots of parks and open space for picnicking and Bar B Qs , The fishing is great and very easy for the kids and we have numerous boat ramps for launching the boat.
Ballina is located at the entrance to the Richmond River so we are surrounded by river and beach ,one of the best towns on the East Coast of Australia
