Home on 40 acres. Borders BLM land that has 90 miles of single-track bike/hiking trails-property has private access! Aspen, Snowmass and Sunlight ski resorts 30-minute drive from house. Heated bathroom floors, steam shower, 3 gas fireplaces, hot tub, Viking range! A true gem, the front porch overlooks the pond & the backyard offers undeveloped, wild land as far as the eye can see. The best of both worlds, peaceful and remote and only 5 minutes to Starbucks, shopping and restaurants!

Open floor plan with vaulted ceilings. Amazing views! Steam shower, jet tub, hot tub, 3 gas fireplaces, fire pit, and pond.
Enjoy a welcome basket with coffee, milk, cereal, chips, salsa, and farm fresh eggs from our ranch! Fridge also stocked with condiments. Assorted teas also available.
