Summary: There were some great things and not so great things with this rental. For the pros: the apartment was beautiful and very clean. The property was quiet and serene. And we enjoyed the hot tub many times. For the cons: it was not disclosed in the listing that the owner lived below the apartment. It was not a problem but it would have been nice to know that prior to renting. It may have changed our decision. The owner does not have self check in and needed to meet us to let us in. This was tricky as I did not have cell service there. Self check in would be much easier. The master bed was very high off the ground and very uncomfortable for us. Also there are skylights in the bedroom and main area. There was no way to cover them so it was very bright every morning very early. I could also hear the tv from the downstairs apartment every morning in the bedroom. All in all I do not think I would stay here again.
