“Welcome home” to Wallace House, a vacation rental suite located between Victoria and Sidney in beautiful Saanichton. Perfectly located, we are only 10 minutes away from the famous Butchart Gardens, Victoria International airport, the Swartz Bay Ferry Terminal, and the Anacortes Ferry Terminal. Victoria is an easy 20 minute drive away. Sidney is even closer, a 10 minute drive. Wallace House is situated on over half an acre. Although we are in the country, we are an easy walk to a major grocery store, banks, restaurants, coffee shops and all other amenities. We are adjacent to walking and bicycling routes and trails. We have views across the farm land to the ocean, Gulf Islands and Mount Baker. Our guests can walk to a local beach in about 20 minutes.
Our vacation suite, which is accessed by stairs and a private entrance, has over 1,100 square feet of comfortable living, suitable for couples or families, up to four people. We supply kitchen appliances and utensils for all your cooking needs, including coffee and tea. Initial breakfast makings are provided. Laundry facilities are also available. There is no smoking on the premises.
