Home is fully furnished with 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths plus loft space and finished basement.
Enjoy our home, year round. Just 40 minutes from Scranton ski slopes (Montage Mountain) or Ski Big Bear. 55 min from Jack Frost or Camelback Mountains.
In the summer time, you can access 3 community pools and 2 non-motorized boat lakes with beaches. Use of kayaks included. Access to Lake Wallenpaupack is 2 blocks away. Our community marina has a boat launch which is 2 blocks from our home.
Indoor community pool and exercise facility opened all year. Teen Center for kids available in community with pool tables, ping pong, and arcade games.
1st floor- Kitchen with access to full deck; family room with gas fireplace and TV; full bathroom/laundry room; bedroom 1 with queen bed and private deck.
2nd floor- full bath; bedroom 2 with a full and a twin; bedroom 3 with 2 twins; Loft with full futon, twin futon, TV and xbox.
Basement- fully finished with half bath, TV and fooseball table.
Our community has lakes, beaches, pools, tennis and basketball courts, and playgrounds. We provide 6 pool passes for your use.
