Get away from the busy city life at our unique and tranquil getaway with 3.5 acres of land to provide you all the privacy you desire. Our 2000sq ft log home is nestled between Head Lake & Rush Lakes connecting river so you get access to both lakes from our property!
Spend your days on our large upper deck which features a unique sunroom with refreshing waterfront views and your nights by the fire pit or our 5 seater Hot tub.

The property is well maintained and has plenty of land for all types of activities and sports to be played.

Access to the lakes 🛶:
To the right of the river is Head Lake which is about a 3 minute kayak trip and to the left is Rush Lake which is about a 5 minute kayak trip. Pick either lake to go and explore!
Coffee ☕️ machine :
We provide Keurig coffee machine along with 12 complimentary K-cups (coffee pods). If needed additional K-cups should be purchased by you. Found in most grocery stores.
Hot tub 🛁 and sauna (Oct to May) :
Please bring your own indoor slippers, swim wear and bathrobe to enjoy the salt water hot tub.
Internet 💻 :
Starlink internet provided, speeds of upto 150mb/s so working from the property is not an issue!
Garbage 🗑️:
Please take all garbage with you when you leave. Alternatively dispose at the nearby Laxton dump ground for free when sorted properly as per Kawartha rules, open on Sunday and Thursday only. If left behind you will be charged $10 per bag.
Firewood 🪵 :
There is a $20 per day charge for use of firewood. Please do not leave fire unattended. Responsible use of wood is appreciated as there is a huge restocking fee associated with it.
