By car from the South: Motorway A3 (Salerno-Reggio Calabria), exit ROSARNO afterwards take SS18 to MILETO and then SP17 of Vena di Ionadi to Tropea
or take exit SANT' ONOFRIO-VIBO VALENTIA to Tropea
By Train: from Lamezia Terme Centrale to Tropea;
or from Vibo Valentia-Pizzo to Tropea
