This 5 bedroom/3.5 bath house is directly on the beach in Willoughby Spit near Virginia Beach, downtown Norfolk, Ocean View Fishing Pier, and many other attractions. It is 3 stories with central air, Wi-Fi, incredible ocean views from every floor, Smart TVs, and everything you need for a great vacation. The house is on a very peaceful stretch of the Chesapeake Bay. Kayaks and beach equipment rentals available, message host for details!
Sleeping options include 4 queen beds, 2 twin beds, and 2 large double reclining couches. You can see the water from your bed in both master bedrooms, and every room of the house has a balcony/porch.
There is a private beach entrance directly in front of the house and a small fenced in backyard. We are still adding furniture and amenities that may not be pictured.
FEES & RULES: Parties and loud music are strictly forbidden and will result in immediate eviction from property if a noise complaint is received.
Pets are only allowed if they are housebroken, well-trained, and kept off furniture. The pet fee is $100 per animal.
There is a maximum of 4 vehicles allowed on the property, 2 inside the garage, and 2 in driveway.
