Welcome to Big Blue, a stylish, modern home in downtown Pensacola only 9 miles from the ocean! Enjoy an open floor plan downstairs that is perfect for making memories with your guests. Cook in a dream kitchen, and stream your favorite shows on the 75” SmartTV. Three bedrooms (1 king, 1 queen, 2 twin beds) and two full bathrooms are located upstairs. Catch the sunset or watch TV on the covered back patio. The backyard also includes a shower to wash away the salt and sand from your beach days.
House Rules:
- Absolutely NO SMOKING of any kind inside the home. Smoking, vaping, and e-cigarettes are only permitted outside on the front porch and back patio. Please dispose of smoking debris in the outside trash bin. Smoking inside the home will result in a $750 fee.
- Only one off-street parking spot is available in the driveway off the back patio. Additional vehicles must be parked on the grass on the side street. Parking a second vehicle in the driveway behind the home will result in a $250 fee, as this is a shared parking alley, and we can't have guests block neighbors in.
- Please be respectful of our neighbors, especially during the "quiet hours" of 11pm - 7am.
