Summary: Best features are the patio, decks and hot tub. The pictures are accurate. Location is right on the lake, very quiet and private, even though neighbors are close on both sides, trees and shrubs create privacy. Very comfortable king bed with great view of lake from sliding door out onto a private deck. Interior furniture is worn. Needs to be replaced or updated. Awkward seating and small space in the living room/tv area. Would rent again. Keuka Lake is a great location.
