Perfect for watching the sun come up from the comfort of your private balcony. The open floor plan includes a large living area with a sleeper sofa and features a 50-inch Smart-TV. The dining table welcomes family dinners and more with seating for 6. The pass-through breakfast bar has 3 barstools. The fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops and all stainless steel appliances and includes everything you need to take on your favorite meals while away from home. The Primary bedroom is furnished with a King size bed and a 40-inch TV and DVD player and French doors that lead to the balcony with views of the Atlantic Ocean. The attached primary bath has a separate walk-in shower and a whirlpool tub. The two guest bedrooms share a second full bath. The first guest room has a King-size bed, and the second Guest Bedroom has 2 Queen size beds and a TV with a DVD player. There is a guest powder room adjacent to the living area as well. Brass Rail Condos are Mediterranean-style gated condo community on the south end of Tybee Island. Brass Rail 306 is located only 50 yards to the beach and within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, the pier and more. Community amenities include a private community pool and a community picnic area. Private, secured parking for 2 vehicles below the building. This condo has a gated entry.
