Bright, modern one-story home on about one acre with a cathedral ceiling, heated pool, outdoor hot tub, deck, backyard, playground, and renovated kitchen and master bathroom in the exclusive village of Quogue. Near beaches, wineries, a wildlife refuge, boating, and restaurants with ample outdoor seating. The house will be thoroughly cleaned prior to occupancy. The owners use the house and rarely rent it, so we are looking for a family (not a group) that will take good care of our property!
