THE LOCATION

Casa Campanelle is located in Posto Vecchio, a coastal hamlet of Salve, overlooking the Ionian Sea.

In Pescoluse, you can relax on the well-equipped beaches, such as the famous Maldives of Salento.

THE HOUSE

Casa Campanelle is approximately 90 m² and can comfortably accommodate 6 guests (up to 7-8 with the sofa bed, available upon request for an additional fee).

The bright and well-furnished house consists of:

- An air-conditioned living room with a dining table, sofa bed, and a fully equipped kitchenette.
- Two spacious triple bedrooms, each with a double bed and a single bed (one of which has an en-suite bathroom, without a shower).
- A complete bathroom with a shower.

The outdoor area is equipped with a dining table, wooden barbecue, and a comfortable outdoor shower. The spacious awning provides a shaded area where you can enjoy meals and relax outdoors, away from the sun.

The property is fully fenced for privacy.

Finally, the house offers a convenient private parking space, a real advantage given the tourist traffic and the cost of public parking, especially during peak season.
