There are several shops & restaurants within walking distance from of the community gate with many more a short drive away. This 3BR/2BA ground floor condo was recently updated with new paint, fixtures and furnishings and it feels like home. New king bed in master suite, 1 queen in second bedroom and a new twin daybed with pull out twin trundle in sunroom to accommodate up to 6 people. The unit is nicely equipped with everything you need for your stay. It is situated in a quiet back corner of the community with an adjacent green space for gathering, games or grilling. The community’s amenities include a pool, tennis court, fitness center, & playground. This unit is strictly non-smoking. We do not offer cable/satellite tv but our televisions are all connected to the internet for streaming.
