"please note that the rooms are cleaned daily but the apartments are cleaned every three days, additional cleaning is available for an additional charge, the spa is open daily from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m, access to the indoor spa, which includes a sauna, a hammam and a sensory shower, is authorized from the age of 16, access to our outdoor spa, including two nordic baths, is authorized from 6 years old until 5:00 p.m. and from 16 years old until 8:00 p.m, our rooms are available from 3:00 p.m, and our apartments from 4:00 p.m.guests are required to show a photo id and credit card upon check-in. please note that all special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply, please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. you can use the special requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
