SWIMMING POOL:
- PLEASE NOTE: Because the pool is not fenced, the property might not be suitable for young children; adult supervision is required. It is guest's responsibility to supervise children during duration of stay.
- NO jumping off the waterfall jacuzzi area at any time.
- NO glass in and around pool area.
- When coming out of the swimming pool and entering the main house, we ask that you please enter to through the door located on the kitchen side of the house where there is tile flooring. This will prevent the wood floors from getting wet.
PARKING:
- Driveway can fit 2 vehicles.
- Guests can park additional vehicles on the street. However, please keep in mind that street sweeping is scheduled for Monday.
OTHER RULES/FAQS:
- NO pets allowed
- NO smoking (guests can only smoke in front yard but are not to leave any buds or mess)
- NO events, parties, or large gatherings
- Must be at least 25 years old to book

Host/Owner will be available through Vrbo messaging.
- Guests will not be disturbed at anytime.
- Guests will have full and sole access to the main house, backyard, and swimming pool.
However, the maintenance/cleaning woman lives in the guest house located on the same property since she maintains the home in between bookings.
- She does the disturb the guests at anytime whatsoever.
- If guests require additional items, etc she will be informed by Host/Owner directly.
- She comes in through a separate entrance on the property
