Step down from the deck to the deeded back yard, including slate patio, a brand new jet hot tub, with a 55" outdoor smart TV that can be rotated 180 degrees, new rain outdoor shower head, grass area, landscaping, and a water feature fountain. West facing living area and deck/backyard provides lots of natural light.
