Charming well maintained Villa for 2- 6 persons, high quality equipment, only 200m to the beach. The cosy village of Els Poblets offers good infrastructure for all daily needs. Enjoy the quiet, private location close to Denia.
The ground floor of the villa has two large bedrooms (2 beds of 90/200cm each), one bathroom with shower, a bright living/dining room with a new fireplace and a large open kitchen with adjacent laundry. On the first floor it has an additional bedroom (bed 160/200cm) with its own bathroom with shower and a huge, very private roof terrace.
The completely furnished kitchen leads directly to the east- oriented terrace equipped with awnings for the hot summer hours. The covered south-west terrace, the 8*4m sized pool and the large private Mediterranean-style garden are perfect to enjoy all year round the beautiful mountain views as well as the romantic sunsets.
The bedrooms and the living/dining room are equipped with new AC (2019) (hot/cold), mosquito nets and stores. The bedrooms also have ceiling ventilators. The high ceilings and the orientation of the house guarantee cool temperatures in the summer.
You can choose from different seating possibilities around the house.
The villa has been continuously renovated, furnished and equipped over the recent years,. The equipment includes a smart TV (NETFLIX, Amazon Prime, Astral Satellite) in the living room, WIFI with fibre-optics (up to 600Mbs) safe, stove, 4 flame gas cooker, microwave, coffee machine, Nespresso machine, toaster, kettle, large fridge/freezer combination, dish-washer, washing machine and tumble dryer, garden furniture sun beds and gas BBQ. All beds and latex mattresses have been installed recently.

A quiet local road in front of the house gets you directly to the popular Almadrava pebble beach at 200m. Another 100m away you can reach the first extended sandy beaches.
A surf school with kajak, SUP, windsurf and kite is close by. Tennis courts, horseback riding, golf courses as well as the center of Denia with its numerous shopping facilities, restaurants and bars are only a few minutes’ drive away.
A former rail track, which is being used as bike trail today, meanders through orange groves and gets you in 7 km directly to Denia. The next bus stop for the frequent busses to Denia is only 200m away.
In less than one hour you can reach Valencia or Alicante with the international airports. In the countryside scenic mountains and gorgeous villages, which have preserved their original character, can be found. Along the cost, you’ll find famous beach towns like Gandia, Javea, Moraira, Calpe, Altea und Benidorm with attractions like the theme parc Terra Mitica.
