Upstairs consists of 1 king master bedroom w/ full bathroom (shower, no tub) tv with Roku, 1 bedroom with a queen bed, tv with Roku, 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds and 1 full bathroom (tub and shower) in hallway. Kitchen w/ large table, 8 chairs, opens to large family room with 2 couches, tv with Roku, 2 sliding glass doors that open onto upper deck which looks directly at the Fenwick Island Lighthouse.
Main (ground level) level consists of large family room area with lots of room for kids to play and hang out. There is a trundle bed that can be 2 twins or pushed together to make 1 king. 1 TV with Roku and DVD player. Laundry room and a full bathroom with large walk-in shower (no tub).
The beach is 4 blocks from house. If you don't want to walk there, there is free parking. There are restaurants, mini golf, go carts, water park, indoor laser tag, ice cream and Fisher's Popcorn within walking distance. 4 blocks from Rt 54 (Fenwick Island, DE line). The Ocean City bus stop is 1 block away where you can ride the bus all day. Directly across the street from St. Andrew's Catholic Church (which is a great parking lot for kids to ride their bikes, scooters, or skate).
This is a VERY quiet neighborhood and the neighborhood does have an active noise ordinance that must be followed. (It is unlawful for any person to make, cause, or continue any loud, unnecessary, unnatural or unusual noise, or any noise which annoys, disturbs, injures or endangers the comfort, repose, health, peace and safety of others at any time, day or night. Ocean City strongly enforces its ordinance that no disruptive noises be made between 10:00pm and 7:00am in such a manner as to be heard at a distance of 50 feet from the building or structure which it is located.)
