Summary: The hotel is located right across the street from the Colosseum so it makes it easy to navigate most of the city. Many restaurants and shops around or walking distance. The hotel is very basic but it’s clean and offers the basic necessities if you’re looking for something a little bit more posh, this is not the place for you, but if you’re just looking for a place to lay your head, that’s clean and comfortable than it checks the boxes. There are no elevators so if you have a lot of luggage you do have to carry them up flight of steps all in all it’s great and can’t complain too much about it. The staff took really good care of me was very friendly and there’s 24 hour staff available.

Summary: Great location across the street from the Colosseum. Very friendly and helpful employees. Highly recommend. No elevator, so we stayed on 1st floor (2nd) but they carried our luggage for us Senior ladies.

Summary: The hotel itself is nicer than it seems it is online. The front desk is available 24 hours, which is rare for Italy. They let us check our bags at 9 am and check in at 10- which is super nice. There are no elevators and they don’t help you bring up your bag, so be prepared to carry your bag to the third floor . However, the room was nice and the bathroom was too. The location is incredible!!! It’s loud at night, but what do you except for being in such a prime location? Definitely recommend

Summary: Our room with a full size bed and bunk beds was perfect for our family of four, including 6 and 7 year olds. The room was clean and had a great view. The location was perfect for our early morning tour of the the Coliseum and was close to restaurants, a supermarket, and bus stops.

Summary: Good location right across from the coliseum. NO elevator so you have to drag your bags up to the third floor. Staff was great and lots of dining options in the immediate area.
Road and bars are very noisy till late. Overall good location.

Summary: Location is great. Rooms are okay - clean but small. You have to leave your room key with the front desk every time you go out with is strange. Its a convenient hotel near the Colosseum for a short stay, but if youre staying in Rome for a longer period of time, I would find a little nicer hotel.

Summary: Every thing was great , the only problem was related to elevator , there is no elevator on this building and it’s hard to go up by stairs specially to 3rd floor .
