Summary:
Welcome to our beautiful North Park 1BR/1BTH downstairs unit! Walk to Balboa Park and explore its' acres of parks, museums, gardens, and more. The world famous San Diego zoo is also neighboring Balboa Park! You can also drive just 10 minutes to get almost anywhere in San Diego - Downtown / Gaslamp Quarter, beaches, Seaworld, etc! If you want a relaxing day at the home instead, there is a shared (with one other unit) patio with a lovely sitting area for outdoor dining & BBQing.
The Space:
The bedroom has a comfortable queen bed and HUGE walk-in closet for tons of storage. The couch in the living room pulls out into a bed and is SO comfy. You also get a tandem parking space (both spots are yours!) in our large, gated driveway. Also, be sure to check out the comfy sitting area and use the BBQ to cook up some tasty dinner in the sunshine!
Guest Access:
You have access to the entire unit, the driveway, and the shared patio area that is directly in front of the unit, to the left of the driveway.
The Neighborhood:
Hipsters, young professionals and students hang out in trendy North Park, where coffee shops, craft-beer bars and indie boutiques line University Avenue. The restaurant scene is heavy on brunch spots, upscale pubs, taquerias and sushi lounges, and nightlife often revolves around the Observatory North Park, a 1929 theater that hosts rap, rock and electronica. The North Park Thursday Market also features live music.
Getting Around:
North Park is a very walkable neighborhood, but a car is the best way to get around the rest of San Diego. Uber / Lyfts are readily available if you aren't bringing your own car!

For your safety, there is a ring doorbell camera facing the driveway.
Pets are welcome with prior approval and additional $125 pet fee.
**No pets without prior written approval. If you're bringing a pet, you must follow airbnb's pet rules: dispose of all pet waste properly, never leave pet unattended in the home or backyard, and keep dogs leashed when walking them outside of the home.
San Diego now requires all guests to sign a Good Neighbor Policy document prior to staying. We do enforce their policy so it must be signed in order to receive checkin info, but we will make it super easy for you to initial and sign :) It can all be done online.
