Pictures don't do this house justice; you just have to feel it.--it is almost too good to be true. Only 4 miles from the Round Top city square, this house is furnished and decorated by "Big Daddy's Antiques", all the comforts of home (high thread count sheets, top quality mattresses, soft towels, and enough in the kitchen to make a meal. There is a bathroom in the master bedroom with an old fashioned tub and a new updated bathroom with a shower that everyone in the house can share if you aren't a fan of baths. The two beds upstairs also have a toilet, sink and antique tub. This picturesque setting is unrivaled for this area.

Summary: The Cooper Farmhouse is such a sweet and relaxing stay! Such a beautifully decorated home and the most comfortable bed in the world! ❤️ Kristine is the ultimate host who is warm, smart, and responsive when you have any questions or just need advice to experience Round Top area. We had everything we needed to truly relax on our anniversary and had so many sweet wildlife experiences including 9 sun bathing turtles on the upside down canoe in the cute pond. The sister properties are just as charming-Property ID# 2562448 is a secret gem hidden right beside this farmhouse over the hill. Round Top itself is filled with kind and inviting people who offer great advice for restaurants and cool unique events happening. Its a small town feel right outside of city limits to literally relax and wind down. Shopping for antiques is the sport of this town which is highly rewarding! We cannot wait to come back and will only work with Kristine because she was truly lovely!
