The house
Paula is the ideal home for families or small groups of friends. The house provides a central music system, heating throughout and air conditioning in the bedrooms. From the hall, we get directly into the cozy and light-flooded living room, which offers over glass doors access to the covered terrace and the pool. The spacious kitchen is well equipped and also has a dining table. About a side door also to reach the pool area. The house has 3 bedrooms. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed, another with two single beds, which share a separate bathroom. The third bedroom has a double bed and an ensuite bathroom with jacuzzi bath.
Heating throughout and air conditioning in the bedrooms are included in the price with a fixed and limited usage time.
Note: The owners live in the semi-basement of the house with a separate entrance. They have no access to the house nor the pool.
Outdoor facilities
A covered terrace, which also has an awning, is ideal for al fresco dining overlooking the pool on, cooked on the barbecue. The pool (8 mx 5 m, depth 0.90 m - 1.50 m) has a Jacuzzi area (limited time of use) and provides for refreshment on the long summer days. An outdoor shower is also available. On the one hand there is a terrace with sun loungers, on the other hand provides a grassy area the opportunity to play the children. A palm tree and a carob tree natural shade on the long and hot summer days. The property is fenced.
